Analyst (merchant banking real estate)

Sberbank Investment Department, Real Estate Team (Sberbank Merchant Banking) is looking for a highly motivated Analyst in their team.

• support for deals analysis and execution, participation in due diligence process
• drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other materials
• gathering data for company and industry analysis
• preparation of financial models and business valuation, fundamental analysis of potential investments
• communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants, clients and other counterparties
• preparation of materials for investment committee, various administrative duties.

• recent graduate with high GPA from top-tier university with preferences given to faculties with in-depth study of finance and economics (MSU, HSE, NES)
• work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex-BIG4 is an advantage
• project experience in Real Estate is a plus
• critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player
• advanced user of Microsoft Office
• advanced oral and written English (including financial and business English)
• passed CFA levels is a plus.
