Associate director (Lending Department, Metals&Mining)

We are looking for Associate director

Principal responsibilities:

• Complete credit analysis of the following types of deals: corporate lending, project finance, financing of M&A/LBO/MBO deals, pre-IPO financing, other complexly structured transactions
• Preparation of CF models, company and industry analyses, presentations and any other analytical materials
• Preparation of terms sheets with key commercial and structuring terms, financial covenants and other aspects
• Leading transaction execution (preparation of credit documentation, negotiations with clients and deal closing)
• Preparation of full sets of documents necessary for internal approvals, leading discussions with Risk Management, Treasury, Finance and other support services, driving internal approvals process

Skills and Qualifications:

• Motivated team player with strong analytical skills, responsible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in top tier banks
• Degree from one of the leading universities in Russia or abroad, strong academic qualifications
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills focused on credit analysis and corporate finance 
• Exceptional financial modelling skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Relevant transaction experience is a plus
